Is AI Making Us More Productive or Dependent?

AI can write, research, summarize, brainstorm, analyze and automate tasks in seconds.

That sounds like productivity.

But there is another side to it.

If we rely on AI for every idea, answer or decision, are we becoming more efficient, or are we slowly becoming less independent in how we think and solve problems?

For students, creators and professionals, AI can save hours of repetitive work. At the same time, using it for everything could make it easier to skip the process of thinking, learning and figuring things out ourselves.

Maybe the real question isn't whether we should use AI.

It's how much of our thinking should we give to it?

What do you think?

A. AI makes us significantly more productive
B. It depends on how we use it
C. We're becoming too dependent on it
D. AI is both productive and risky
